As a Petroleum Engineer, I possess both theoretical and practical knowledge of oil and gas exploration and production. My expertise lies in drilling engineering, production engineering, well logging, and real-time drilling support and analysis. Hailing from the birthplace of the first president of India, Bihar, I am currently employed as a Real-Time Drilling Support Engineer at SigmaStream.
In my role, I am responsible for monitoring real-time drilling data to identify drilling events such as stuck pipe, tight spots, hole cleaning issues, and in-slip casing, among others. Additionally, I provide real-time technical support to drilling services, particularly MWD data providers. My job also involves offering 24/7 operations support in drilling optimization and performance analysis during real-time drilling operations.
I am well-versed in WITS and WITSML and am associated with real-time monitoring of well trajectory, real-time composite log, and real-time subsurface analysis, among other tasks. My goal is to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of drilling operations, contributing to the overall success of the projects I am involved in.
